Saxophonist Gabriel Marciano ‘s quartet was born in Rome three years ago with the intention of being able to create music with a core group of people where there is a strong interaction and connection. The music is composed entirely by Gabriel Marciano and is encapsulated on the saxophonist’s debut album, produced by the prestigious Italian record label Parco Della Musica Records. Gabriel Marciano’s music recounts his life of the past decade, in all facets, from the most incredible experiences, to the enormous importance of places and people, and things that have become part of his life. The album will be recorded in May 2023 at the Ennio Morricone Auditorium Parco della Musica recording studios in Rome. The title of the record, “A Reason To Believe,” brings us back to the continuous and relentless pursuit and realization of the ambitions he has carried inside since he was still a child. The quartet features Gabriel Marciano on saxophone and compositions, Vittorio Esposito on piano, Alessandro Bintzios on double bass and Cesare Mangiocavallo on drums.
