Chiamandolo<strong> Long Days Quartet<\/strong> in onore delle lunghe ore diurne di luglio, questo gruppo si sta formando ora per debuttare con nuove composizioni groove di <strong>Scofield<\/strong> e rivisitare alcuni suoi classici con nuove prospettive. Ventisei anni dopo la loro prima collaborazione (l\u2019album &#8220;A GoGo&#8221; di <strong>Scofield<\/strong>), il tastierista <strong>John Medeski<\/strong> e <strong>Scofield<\/strong> continuano la loro fantastica collaborazione insieme. Nel corso dei decenni hanno realizzato tre album e molti tour come \u201cMedeski, Scofield Martin e Wood\u201d, lavorato in duo e insieme nel progetto cooperativo \u201cHudson\u201d. L&#8217;estate 2025 li unir\u00e0 al brillante e versatile bassista <strong>Vicente Archer<\/strong> e ad un nuovo membro del team, <strong>Ted Poor<\/strong> di Seattle alla batteria. <strong>John<\/strong> ha suonato con <strong>Ted<\/strong> nel gruppo <strong>Scary Goldings<\/strong> e l&#8217;ha adorato.
