“Walking in my shadow”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I began playing the double bass professionally in 1958 as a member of the Lucca Quintet. Previously I had studied piano but stopped at the level<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n complementary that however was fundamental for me to begin my path as a composer and arranger.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n After all these years, walking (“walking”) I have practically gone around the world.At this point the desire came to me to look back (…in my shadow) and<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n rummaging through the trunk of my compositions . Something I found and thought was worth repurposing in a new guise.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n For this new adventure, I have involved musicians of enormous artistic talent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n They fell into the project with great sensitivity and involvement. Without them I would not have succeeded.
